Slow Roasted Tomato Beef Stroganoff – Slow Cooker

The beef will literally melt in your mouth as you devour this savory dish.
Ingredients
  • 2½ lbs. chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 28 oz. can San Marzano crushed tomatoes
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 6 oz. Monterrey mushrooms, sliced
  • Two 1.5 oz. beef stroganoff seasoning packets
  • 12 oz package extra wide egg noodles
  • 8 oz. container sour cream
  • ½ to 1½ cups water

Instructions
  1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add beef, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms, seasoning packets, and mix well. Cook on low 8 hours. Add noodles 20 minutes before end. Add sour cream and enough water to get desired consistency. Mix well, and serve.
