There’s nothing like yummy spicy tuna hand rolls to bring a little bit of Japan into your home.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 6 sheets roasted seaweed, cut lengthwise in half
- 1 lb. sashimi-grade tuna, diced
- ¾ sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons Shiracha hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 dashes cayenne pepper
- 1 bunch radish sprouts
- 1 small cucumber sliced in thin strips
Instructions
- Add tuna, oil, Shiracha, mayo, and cayenne pepper to large bowl. Mix well until tuna is coated.
- Add two spoons rice to seaweed, spoon tuna on top, add 1 – 2 slices cucumber and 1 – 2 radish sprouts.
- Roll towards center of seaweed on the diagonal.
