There’s nothing like yummy spicy tuna hand rolls to bring a little bit of Japan into your home.
Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 6 sheets roasted seaweed, cut lengthwise in half
  • 1 lb. sashimi-grade tuna, diced
  • ¾ sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons Shiracha hot sauce
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1 bunch radish sprouts
  • 1 small cucumber sliced in thin strips

Instructions
  1. Add tuna, oil, Shiracha, mayo, and cayenne pepper to large bowl. Mix well until tuna is coated.
  2. Add two spoons rice to seaweed, spoon tuna on top, add 1 – 2 slices cucumber and 1 – 2 radish sprouts.
  3. Roll towards center of seaweed on the diagonal.
