Ingredients
- 3 lbs. beef chuck, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 jalapenos, diced
- 2 4.5 oz. cans green chiles, drained
- 14 oz. can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- ¾ cup chili powder
- 1½ cup beef broth
Instructions
- Add beef first and then remaining ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. Use fork to shred beef. Stir well and serve.
