Texas Chili – Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. beef chuck, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-2 jalapenos, diced
  • 2 4.5 oz. cans green chiles, drained
  • 14 oz. can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • ¾ cup chili powder
  • 1½ cup beef broth
Instructions
  1. Add beef first and then remaining ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. Use fork to shred beef. Stir well and serve.
